I want to sign up for a Boutique Box subscription! What will I receive?
Covet Boutique Box is a surprise selection of goodies from our stores. Items in the boxes can be any assortment of these categories. Scarves, hats, jewelry, apparel, body products, cards, stationary, watches, coin purses, cosmetic pouches, leggings, hair accessories, and socks.
Is Boutique Box available outside the US?
Covet Boutique Box is not currently available outside the US.
When do I fill out my style profile for my subscription?
Your profile will be emailed to you as soon as you have placed a successful subscription order. This profile is a short questionnaire regarding your style preferences that will help us send you the boxes that are the best fit.
Are there any hidden fees?
Nope—all you pay is your subscription fee. There are no shipping or handling fees for the monthly Boutique Box. Please note that in CA sales tax may apply.
If I move, am I able to update my address for my subscription?
Updating your address is easy! Just drop us an email.
Am I able to cancel my membership?
You may cancel your monthly recurring subscription at anytime; however, your first shipment cannot be canceled and is nonrefundable.
When can I expect my first shipment?
You will receive email confirmation with tracking for your shipment. Your first Boutique Box will probably arrive the month after you place your initial subscription order. All Boutique Boxes ship from our San Francisco facilities and should arrive an estimated 5-10 business days after they ship.
When will I be billed for the monthly recurring membership?
When you place your order for the monthly membership, you will be billed for your first Boutique Box immediately. Each month after, you will be billed at the first of each month.
If I have a gift subscription, what happens when I reach my last month?
If you have a gift subscription, it will be terminated after you receive your last box. After your last box is received, you can re-subscribe and become a regular recurring subscriber.
Am I able to return or exchange a Boutique Box?
Our boxes cannot be exchanged and are nonrefundable. If you have received a damaged or defective item in your shipment, please call us at 415-440-2373 or email us at email@example.com
