Customer Service

Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 14 days of the original invoice date. This policy is exclusively for ONLINE PURCHASES ONLY. We give an additional week for online returns to allow for receiving the merchandise and shipping time on returns. 

All sales items, accessories, purse/bags, tights and, boutique boxes, and gift items are final sale. All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original shoebox without damage to the box. If you use your shoebox as a shipping box, we will not be able to refund you and your return will be refused. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable (unless the product is damaged or the wrong item was shipped). If you have received a damaged product please call us so we can resolve any issues ASAP.

As soon as your return arrives in our warehouse, we will process it promptly and your credit card will be refunded minus a $7 return fee & you will be emailed a refund notification.

Our shipping offices are open M-F 9am-6pm PST. We do not ship on weekends.

Please note: Orders placed from Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and US Virgin Islands are exchangeable. A $10 exchange fee will be applied.

 

Late Returns

Returns received more that 30 days after the original order shipment date are subject to a 25% restocking fee and the refund will be given in the form of a store credit. 

 

Store Credits

Our store credits issued online can only be used online. They do not expire, so you can use them at any point. 

In Store Exchanges and Refunds

If you live near a Covet location, we are happy to exchange an item for another color, size, or pattern of the same item. We are currently unable to accommodate refunds or exchanges for different items in store at this time.

Return Shipments

 

 

Please mail returns to the below address along with a copy of your original invoice with the reason for return. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during the return shipment, so please ensure that your item has proper tracking information and is well packaged.

Damages & Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item. Please call us IMMEDIATELY at 415-440-2373.  All damage returns need to be reported within three days of receipt of the shipment. When you call us, we will give you an RA# to put on the invoice and we will send you a prepaid label to return the item(s) to us.  We will ship you a replacement at no charge or issue you a refund.
